Dear Deb,
I have just been introduced to your amazing
product(s). The timing could not have been
more appropriate!
I just came from competition (our horses won
the Horse of the Year – again for NCDCTA)
and mentioned Nibble Nets to a trainer
there, and how great they looked! She said
she wouldn’t have a hay net anywhere near
her horses!
When asking why, I was told a horror story
of her horse with a traditional hay bag,
made of basically unbreakable nylon, with a
big hole at front, and her horse rearing up
some time during the night, getting a foot
caught in the (very strong) bag, and hung
there for what appeared to be the entire
night before found in the morning hanging
from the roof!
The horse lived, but they are still
considering surgery on torn tendons at the
back of the elbow. And worse, they won’t
know for a while if the horse might still
have to be put down due to so many hours of
blood flow restriction!
I’ve been around the horse industry for a
long time, and couldn’t think of anything
worse happening from such a simple accident!
As I said, I was just astounded at how
simple, but moreover how SAFE your product
is. As the previous Spokeswoman for the
WorkCover Authority of NSW (Government
Worker’s Compensation) and the previous Head
Gear Checker for the Australian National
Championships, my speciality is also
safety. I was therefore horrified when I
heard the story of the traditional bag, and
really want to get the word out to the world
how wonderful yours are!
I cannot recommend your product more
highly.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best wishes,
Colleen Kelly
